Shipping & Returns
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up processing time but does accelerate the transit time once shipped. It takes 1-3 business days to process the order before it is shipped. Our shipping time is 2-5 business days depending on the order's destination.
*Some regularly stocked items may be temporarily out of stock but shown as available online. In these cases we usually need no more than 10- 15 business days to replenish and ship the item.
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items. Returns will be honoured within 20 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must return in original packaging, unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it in, also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned such as non-refundable gift cards.
For damaged/defective goods, either a replacement will be sent or a store credit of equal value will be issued. All goods are subject to inspection for approval that it has been returned in new, not used condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and are non-refundable. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment.
